– If cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle, no further charges will apply.

- If Maxbrest is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal constraints, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- If the client has paid for services that were not initiated or delivered as promised.
Performance-Based Refunds :

Non-Refundable Situations :

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution :
If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication. We will work to resolve concerns through revisions, alternative solutions, or additional support before considering refunds.
- Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and legal action if necessary.
