Payments & Fees :

No refunds will be issued once work has commenced unless explicitly agreed upon.

Client Responsibilities :

Maintain compliance with search engine guidelines and digital marketing best practices.
Not engage in activities that may negatively impact the SEO and marketing efforts (e.g., black-hat SEO techniques, and website modifications without prior notice).

Confidentiality & Data Protection :

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the contract period.
We adhere to data protection regulations and ensure the security of client information.

Intellectual Property :

All content and marketing materials created by Maxbrest remain the intellectual property of Maxbrest until full payment is received.Clients may not resell or redistribute any services or materials without prior consent.

Termination of Services :

Limitation of Liability :
